hybrid wheat flour supplied in khapli wheat packin
I had ordered khapli wheat flour because of its low glycemic index. This time the supply is of a hybridised wheat flour (just like any other normal wheat flour) with a high glycemic index. Till last time the supplies were ok with a reddish black colour of the roti and it even developed worms during storage due to its organic nature but this time I have been cheated. The normal atta supplied in the khapli wheat packing has started to impact my blood sugar levels which were under control.

healthy, tasty, soft rotis!!
use warm water to make this atta, rotis are super soft and tasty. I use this for my diabetic parents too, very healthy. have stopped using regular attas.

Atta with Health Benefits !!
Went for the Khapli aata due to its benefits for diabetic patients. The quality of the product is top-notch. You should use luke warm water for kneading the dough for soft rotis. Will be ordering again for sure.
