Storage and Uses
- Store in cool and dry hygienic place.
- Take 1 cup of HTM Sona Masoori Rice and gently rinse twice.
- Combine with 2½ cups of water and let the mixture rest for 15 minutes.
- Bring mixture to boil, stir gently and cover with lid.
- Cook the rice on a medium flame for 15 minutes or until all the water has been fully absorbed.
- Remove from heat and serve.
