Kaju Katli is a classic mithai especially for Diwali, Bhai Dooj. It was prepared for the first time by emperor Jahangir's royal chef. Thickened milk, sugar, ghee & cashew are the basic ingredients to prepare. It's served in a diamond shape with a silver foil on top.
