Defatted Soya

• Takes 4 cups of water. Add 1 cup Soya Wedge and a pinch of salt in it. Boil for 5 minutes.
• Drain out all water, boil again for 5 minutes by adding fresh 4 cups of water.
• Remove from fire. Drain out all hot water and wash Soya Wedge in cold water.
• Now squeeze out the excess water before adding to the recipe of your choice.
