• Soak Menu Maker Dhoka Mix in 2-3 cups of lukewarm water with salt as per taste & 2 tsp of sugar for 30 minutes & make a smooth paste. 
• Heat 2 tsp oil in a deep pan. Add the Dhokar Dalna paste and fry till the semi-liquid state is lost (dry the paste) or approx 2-3 mins.
• Spread 4-5 drops of oil on the surface of a dish and spread the paste evenly on the plate with 1-inch thickness.
• Cut the spread into diamond-shaped cubes. Add 5 tbsp of oil to a pan and allow it to heat.
• Deep fry the cubes in the heated oil. Prepare curry out of this fried dhoka.
