1. Boil the noodles for 3-4 minutes.
2. Drain water & keep aside.
3. In a wok, add finely chopped ginger & garlic.
4. Add desired vegetables and/or chicken/fish/shrimp.
5. Stir fry on high heat.
6. Add the noodles.
7. Add SENSEFUL Thai Hot Galic Sauce or SENSEFUL Schezwan Sauce. Serve hot.
