Per 100g:
1. Soak the Vermicelli in water for 2 minutes, till it softens and steam cook it for 4 minutes.
2. Put oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin curry leaves, green chilli, Ginger and ½ teaspoon of Urad and Chana dal.
3. Add vegetables of your choice, add salt, saute them well.
4. Add steam-cooked Vermicelli, mix it well and serve hot.
