• Dilute 1 tbsp. of apple cider vinegar with an equal amount of water. Gargle with it.
• You can dip a cotton bud in this solution and rub your yellow-stained teeth with it to get it clean.
• Pour 1-2 tbsp. of apple cider vinegar into warm water and soak your feet in it. Then, clean them with a pumice stone.
• Dilute apple cider vinegar with an equal amount of water.
• Apply on the skin to control acne, bruises, sunburn or rashes. Leave it overnight.
• To cure dandruff, apply this solution to your scalp. Massage. Leave it overnight. Wash it off in the morning.
• To whiten discoloured nails, apply apple cider vinegar with a cotton bud. Leave it overnight. Wash it off in the morning.
• To remove warts, place a cotton ball soaked in apple cider vinegar on top, hold it secure with a band-aid. Leave it overnight.
• Repeat for a few days/weeks till the wart comes off.
