1. It can be used for making chapattis, puri, paratha, kulcha, katchori, cake, cookies etc.

2. To make roti add oil, salt and water as required and knead into a smooth soft dough.

3. Make a small to medium ball and flatten it out and start rolling it in a flat circle.

4. Put in on hot tava and cook on both sides. Once ready serve it hot with dal or any veggie dish.
