• Mix whipping cream powder with 125 gm to 150 gm of chilled water or milk in a bowl,
• whip on high speed with an electric hand mixer for 4-5 minutes or until to form a very soft cream, refrigerate the whipped cream for 15-20 minutes at 4 degree Celcius before using as topping.
