Nuts: 2. 5% (Groundnut, Cashew and Badam) 1. 5% Sago and 1% Cardamom.

• Take 3 tablespoons of Mambalam Iyers Nutrition Mix.
• Add 300ml milk or water and mix well.
• Boil this mixture stirring frequently for 3 to 4 minutes to make porridge.
• Add sugar to taste and serve. (In case of water, add Buttermilk and Salt)
