• Take 1 cup of Protein Daal Cheela mix.
• Add buttermilk and make dosa consistency batter, and keep it aside for 20 minutes.
• Heat an iron griddle and grease it with oil, and spread the batter on griddle with the help of a ladle
• Cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes and add some oil.
• Flip the cheela and cook other side as well.
• Hot cheela is ready and is best served with green chutney.
