• Add 1 cup Gourmet Craft Adai Mix and 1 cup of water to a bowl.
• Mix the contents  to achieve dosa batter consistency. 
• Set aside the batter for 15 mins.
• Mix again. Add more water if required.
• Pour batter onto a hot greased nonstick pan and spread.
• Fry on medium heat until base turns golden brown
• Serve hot with Gourmet Craft Peanut chutney.
