Rolled Oats (50%), Foxtall Millet (Navane) (20%), Mixed Masala Powder (Refined Sugar, lodised Salt, Mixed Spices, Maltodextrin, Tomato Powder-0.8%, Natural Flavor, Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein, Nature Identical Flavoring Substances, Anticaking Agent (INS 551), Flavor Enhancers (INS 627, INS 631)), Jowar, Palm Oil, Dried Vegetables (Onion, Peas-0.6%), Maltodextrin, Dried Coriander Leaves (0.2%). • Cut open the 33 g sachet and empty the contents into a pan or bowl.
• Add 1 1/3 cups (210 ml) of water to the pan/bowl. 
• Cook on a medium flame for 4 minutes, stirring continuously.
• If using a microwave, cook the product for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
• Serve hot. Add vegetables & garnish if necessary.
