Test and smells good. It is tendency of cow ghee to melt in lower temperature compared to other normal ghee and it shows the same sign. That is how it is healthy and easy to digest. colour looks good, yet to check after boiling and cooling it, after which it should not loose it's colour. which is the case with most of the other brands. Others adds artificial colour to give yellowish feel, which vanishes after once it is heated. Earlier I have used Gowerdhan, patanjali, mother's dairy, Amul and few more. either those are white like snow or mix artificial color to look like cow ghee. currently i have stick to Baidyanath, which I see is good quality so far and at good price. Only problem is it remains out of stock most of the time.
