good recommended butter for baking

this is the first time I am buying this product. but very much disappointed with the substandard quality of butter. we use to make ghee ourselves at home from cooking butter and this butter while making ghee emits a bad smell and also the brown colour residue is very high. Better not to buy this instead go for better brands.like.Amul, milky mist or president butter. A total disappointment.

The unsalted butter is not too good. When you try to make ghee, it just doesn't come out properly. It burns too much. The salted butter has good taste though. So thought to try this. Not happy with the product
