Archita Shudhi Besan - Nutritious, Healthy, Rich In Fibre, 500 g Pouch

Besan is one of the most commonly used ingredients in Indian kitchens. It is made by grinding Chickpea Flour and serves as an excellent source of important nutrients and fibres. Apart from adding an aromatic flavour to your food, besan goes a long way in adding health benefits to your lifestyle.

Chana Dal.

1. Step 1 - In a large bowl mix gram flour, finely chopped onion, green chilli, nigella seeds, garlic paste, red chilli powder, baking soda, coriander seeds, roasted cumin seeds, and boil with enough water. Knead it into a dough using your hands and make small dumplings out of it.
2. Step 2 - Now, place a pan over medium flame and pour oil into it. Once the oil is hot enough, drop these dumplings prepared above one by one in the hot oil and fry till they turn golden brown in colour. Place a separate pan over medium flame and pour water into it. Mix gram flour, yogurt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, nigella seeds, finely chopped onions, and salt and keep stirring on low flame for a minimum of 20 minutes.
3. Step 3 - Add the dumplings to this curry after 20 minutes. Now in a separate pan, heat oil and add curry leaves, onions and red chilis to it. Saute for another minute and then pour it over the Kadhi. Your pakoda kadhi is now ready. Garnish it with coriander leaves or mint leaves.
