About the Product

Thooyamalli rice is a traditional rice variety which is a great source of energy and is white in colour. Naturally, this is hardy and pest resistant reducing the dependence on pesticides. Resembles Jasmine flower (Thooyamalli – Pure jasmine). Best used for Cooking Biriyani and can also be used with Sambar, Rasam, and Curries. Helps to improve nerve strength.
