Nutrapoorna Rice Atta - Premium, Fresh, Rich In Nutrients, No Preservatives, 1 kg Pouch

Nutrapoorna Rice Atta is made from premium quality millets sourced from preferred regions. The millet is hygienically cleaned in a series of machines & ground using the traditional stone-chakki grinding process to make atta which absorbs more water than other attas resulting in softer & tastier rotis with all the nutrients locked. It is then packed in hygienic conditions to ensure aroma and freshness remain intact.

Rice Kani. 

COOKING METHOD:-

• Boil 3 cups of water in a pan and add 1 cup of Nutrapoorna rice atta.
• Stir on low flame to make a paste with no lumps and Switch off the gas. Add 3 tbsp of grated coconut (optional), 1 tbsp black or white til, 1tsp of green chilli paste, 1tbsp oil and salt as per taste. Mix well.
• Cover with lid and let it cool for 15 mins.
• Knead it with 1tbsp oil. Roll out into small rotis.
• Roast on the tawa with little oil. Serve hot with vegetables or achar.
