• Add Salt/Water as per need.
• Mix uniformly to form fine batter without lumps.
• Rest the batter for 30 minutes.
• Add a little cooking oil to the Idly moulds.
• Pour the Idly batter into Idly moulds.
• Steam Idly’s for 10-15 mins and serve with chutney.
