1. In the warmed-up teapot, put 1 teaspoon of Oolong tea (2g) and pour 180ml of hot water at around 100*c over the leaves.
2. Place a lid on top of the teapot and cover the teapot with a tea cosy to keep it warm.
3. Let the tea leaves steep for 3 minutes.
4. Pour out the brewed liquor inside the teapot into the teacup using a strainer to keep the tea leaves out of the teacup.
5. Do not throw away the leaves and let them remain in the pot as you can infuse the leaves 2 more times.
