it's really very light weight rice to chew. I wash and soak the rice for 10 mins then cook till rice is desired and drain the excess water in seperate bowl. again cook rice for few mins to evaporate the water . put buttermilk or curd in chilled starch water add black salt and drink chilled starch ... good for stomach in summers . ? Enjoyed this product. thank you ?

Found it tasteless and overpriced. Perhaps the grains look shiny only because the rice is heavily processed/milled.
