• Mix the Multi Grain Flour with salt, a little red chilli powder and dried finely chopped fenugreek leaves, mix all the ingredients completely.
• Knead with water softly, and take a portion of the dough to make a small dough ball.
• Flatten the ball to make a roti while dusting it with dry flour.
• Keep the pan on medium flame and put the roti on it and cook from both sides, if it looks dry, just add a few drops of ghee. Serve hot.
