1. Cleanse your hands and get into a convenient posture.
2. Unwrap the hygiene cover from the LemmeBe tampon, hold on to its string and pull on the string in a gentle circular motion. This will expand the base of the tampon slightly.
3. Use your thumb to hold on to the string and your index finger to take the LemmeBe tampon towards the vagina.
4. Insert the tampon. Use your index or middle finger to push the tampon inside your vagina.
5. It's best to change your tampon every 4-6 hours.
