Per 100g:
Marination: Chicken Whole Leg- 450 to 500 g Licious Original Tandoori Chicken Masala - 1 sachet (25 g) Ginger & Garlic Paste - 2 tablespoons / 30 g Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon / 10 g Salt - To taste Hung Curd - 1 cup / 200 g Mustard Oil - 3 tablespoons / 45 g Cooking: Oil - 2 tablespoons / 30 g, Chat Masala - To taste Chopped Coriander - for garnish
1. In a bowl, add ginger & garlic paste, salt, lemon juice and the Licious Original Tandoori Chicken Masala.
2. Massage the chicken with the above mix for 2-3 mins and add in the curd.
3. Heat mustard oil to its smoking point. Once cooled, add to the chicken and marinate for 15 mins.
To cook:
1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
2. Place the chicken pieces evenly & cook till they’re slightly charred.
3. Garnish with lemon juice & chat masala.
Licious Tip Make deep slits on the chicken pieces to let the marination seep in better. Brush them with butter while cooking so the chicken comes out extra juicy.
