• Marinate: Mix chicken pieces with yoghurt, lemon juice, salt, and Varhadi Chicken Masala. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight for more flavour.

• Sauté: Heat oil or ghee in a pan and add whole spices. Sauté until fragrant.

• Sear: Add finely chopped onions and minced garlic to the pan. Cook until the onions are golden brown.
