It is really healthy. No maida, no or little sugar. Not too many products like this in market.

Finally a loaf with no trans fat or preservatives
I had been looking for a loaf with no preservatives and no hydrogenated oil or palm oil for a long time and finally this bread came along!

hard slices and pathetic quality
not sure what they have added. doesn't even tastes fresh and the slices were so hard. this needs a negative star rating. don't go for it

I used to love this product but it has undergone some drastic change along with packaging and it's no longer the same. dry and crumbly.
