1 cup Ragi Vermicelli, 1 tbsp oil, 1 tsp mustard seeds, 1 tsp urad dal, 2 chopped green Chillies, 1 tsp chopped ginger, a few curry leaves, 1 chopped onion large, salt to taste, 1 chopped tomato, 1/4th cup green peas, 1/4th cup carrot cubes, 1 tsp sugar, 1 cup water. Recipe Dry roast Ragi Vermicelli and keep aside. Heat oil, add mustard seeds, urad dal, green chillies, ginger, curry leaves and allow them to crackle. Then, add onion, add salt and fry till translucent and soft. Next, add tomatoes, green peas and carrot, add sugar and cook until the vegetables are soft. Then, add Ragi Vermicelli and toss it together till the vegetables are well mixed. Add water, cover & cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Serve hot.
