1. EASY COOK Our momos are already pre-steamed, for an indulgent juicy experience.
2. DO NOT cook for more than 5 minutes. Steam Line steamer or idly maker with a little oil and steam for 3-4 minutes.
3. Pan fry - Heat 1 tablespoon of oil on a non-stick pan, place momos and sear for 2 minutes.
4. Add 2 tablespoons of water and cover. Cook covered for 2 minutes.
5. Once the water has evaporated, crisp up base & serve.
6. Deep fry Heat some oil in a pan, deep fry for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
7. Air fry Preheat to 200 degrees and air fry for 8-10 minutes.
8. Shake in between to ensure even cooking.
9. Serving Suggestions - Ideal for a quick snack, lunch on the go or a tasty dinner. To create quick and nutritious meals; try them in soups, salads, chili garlic stir-fry or noodles.
