1. For 1 measure of instant rice dosa mix, add 1 measure of water and 1/2 measure of curd by volume to make batter.
2. Allow batter to stand for 10 minutes.
3. Add 2-3 tablespoon of water to it and mix well.
4. Spread one small cup of batter on the heated tava.
5. Add a spoonful of ghee or oil on and around the batter.
6. Roast on low flame.
7. Serve hot with chutney or sambar.
