The secret to its distinctive taste lies in the unique combination of seeraga samba rice and a carefully crafted blend of spices. While preparing this culinary masterpiece is no mean feat, you can now enjoy this mouth-watering dish in just 20 minutes with our specially-made Dindigul Biryani Kit.

Ingredients

Onion (32%), Water, Refined Sunflower Oil, Tomato (11%), Curd (7%), Ginger, Garlic, Iodised Salt, Spices And Condiments (Chilli, Cinnamon, Star Anise, Clove, Cardamom, Black Pepper, Bay Leaf & Stone Flower) Green Chilli, Mint Leaves, Coriander Leaves & Lemon. Oil: Spice Extracts, Refined Sunflower Oil, Mono & Diglycerides Of Fatty Acid.

How to Use

Easy way to cook: Scan the QR code on the pack to watch the step-by-step video recipe, or

1. Wash and soak 250 g of seeraga samba rice for 20-30 minutes.

2. In a Pressure cooker, add the 250 g biryani paste and sauté it on a low flame for a minute.

3. Add the appropriate quantity of protein of choice (approx. 500 g) and mix with the paste for a minute.

4. Add 375 ml (1 ½ cup) water and bring it to a boil.

5. Strain the soaked rice and add it to the cooker. Check salt and adjust, if needed.

6. Cover the Pressure cooker and cook it on a medium flame for 2 whistles and turn off the flame.

7. Let the steam reduce gradually and allow it to rest for 10-15 mins.

8. Open the cooker, pour over the seasoning oil, and fluff the biryani rice gently. Serve Hot!
