STEP I

Mix 2-3 spoons of the pancake mix. 2 spoons of melted butter/oil/egg & 1/5th cup of milk in a bowl to make a smooth thick batter. This batter, of course, has to be much thicker than the dosa batter!

STEP 2

Warm a non-stick pan on low flame and pour the desired amount of batter into the pan. Grease with very little unsalted butter or oil & cook on both sides.

STEP 3

Serve warm & top it with fresh fruits, honey, peanut butter or cream!
