Daawat Rozana Mini Mogra Rice, 10 kg

This is Broken basmati rice has a delicate aroma,delicious taste, It has delectable aroma and gives you a unique flavour.It ensures superior quality and is high in nutrition. It is aged up to 24 months and is of good quality. After cooking it becomes fluffy and almost double in size and delicious.

1) Gentle Boil

Rinse & Soak 1 cup of rice in excess water for 30 mins. Pour soaked rice in 6-8 cups of boiling water, cook it on high to medium flame in open pan for 6-8 mins and stir occasionally. Drain well and serve.

2) Covered Pan

Rinse & Soak 1 cup of rice in excess water for 30 mins. Bring 1 cup of soaked rice and 1/4 cups of water to a boil, stir occasionally. Lower heat, cover and cook for 10-12 mins or till rice absorbs all water. Remove from heat and let it stand covered for 3-5 mins.

3) Microwave

Place 1 cup of rice and 1 3/4 cups of water in a microwave container. Cook on medium-high temperature in a microwave for 15 mins. Let it stand covered for 5 mins. Before serving, fluff with a fork.
