• Boil drinking water for 5 minutes to ensure it is disinfected.
• Add 1/2 cup (120 ml) water or milk to a pan.
• Add 3 level scoops (20 g) of cereal.
• Cook on a medium flame for 3-5 minutes and stir continuously to avoid lumps
• Cool to room temperature and feed immediately.
