How to Use

To use Go Swasthya Modak Flour for making authentic traditional modaks and dumplings:

  1. Prepare the Filling: Mix fresh coconut with jaggery to create the traditional sweet filling. You can also add cardamom for extra flavour.
  2. Make the Dough: Combine Go Swasthya Modak Flour with water and a pinch of salt to form a smooth, pliable dough. Let it rest for a few minutes.
