superb mix even gets ready in microwave in just 6 minutes

Its the worst I have come across. Strangely, it rises so high and then deflates. I made in two batches on different occasions and both times result was same. It has no taste, The crumb turns out so dry, even after adding butter along with oil. And of course sufficient milk as directed.
