takes water 3 times..need to soak for long time..
.doesn't seem to be basmati..no smell or taste...worst rice I have seen till now...

Big Basket doesn't have the 1.25 kgs packet. They will only deliver you the 1kg packet. I received 3 packs... all were of 1kg each. It's very unfortunate. 

I spent so much money on packeted basmati rice to get good quality but the result is even worse than local shops.They are given mixed broken basmati rice of different types without any fragrance.Then what's the use?You can cherish only the packet.
