Mamra almonds cultivation is organic in nature or with least chemicals. They are delivered to consumers in as natural condition as possible. It has high content of almond oil than California almonds. Basically California almonds are used for garnish on sweets and for cooking, but a large proportion of people consume it orally. It is good for health, but not the best. California almonds go through chemical processing which also make it sweeter in taste. P. S. For direct consumption prefer mamra, for cooking california almonds are good.
