The ribs (Baby Back) are very tender and lean and are the perfect barbecue meal. Marinate with a bit of barbecue sauce and put them on the grill.  This pork is imported from high quality farms in the UK. These ribs have already been slow cooked at low temperatures for 6 hours making the meat tender, juicy and falling off the bone. Once defrosted, put under the grill or in the oven at 200 degrees for about 10 mins. We recommend adding a barbecue sauce over the meat before reheating.
