Assam Royale, one of the best orthodox black teas from the region with its dark and bright hues, impresses even the seasoned taste buds. A hint of tree nuts, wet wood and forest floor adds warm tones to the liquor, lingering on the palate with a chocolate after taste. Bring fresh water to a boil.
