It is slow smoked the old-fashioned way using real Beechwood wood chips to enhance the natrual bacon flavor. Also great to use for seasonal recipies, for making pigs in a blanket, or cut for bacon bits for pastas, vegetables and sauces. Despite already being cooked, we recommend you fry the bacon on a hot pan for the best results.
