Madmix Fibre Rich Ragi Instant Idli Premix - With Free Chutney, 270 g Carton

• Ragi Idli Premix: Rice, Gram, Ragi, Baking powder, Salt and Fruit salt.
• Chutney Premix: Gram, Coconut Powder, Salt, Green Chilli Powder, Curry Leaves Powder, Cumin Powder, Ginger Powder, Asafoetida.

Step 1- Mix 1 pack of idli premix with 1.5 cup of water and yogurt into a smooth batter. Cover it and keep aside for 15 mins

Step 2- Grease idli moulds with oil/ghee and pour batter in each mould

Step 3- Place moulds in an idli steamer and cook on high flame for 15 - 20 mins

Step - 4 Scoop idlis from the moulds with a spoon and serves hot with MADMIX chutney
