    Membership

    1. How do I qualify for the program?

      • Upon successfully receiving delivery of groceries over Rs 2000 within any month, you automatically qualify for benefits of the bb+ program & get them added in your account. Upon qualifying for higher levels as defined in the criteria shared that month, your account gets upgraded with additional rewards automatically. Only purchases made in any given month are considered for computation of member levels & rewards that you are eligible to receive that month.
      • NOTE: The purchases are independent of payment methods used. All forms of payment qualify to become member
      •            If you are part of any corporate membership program or an institutional customer, you will not be eligible for the bb+ program
    2. How long do I remain in the program?

      • You are a bb+ member as long as you have active rewards yet to be redeemed. Every month, based on the amount of groceries purchased by you, rewards are released to you fresh each month with validity up to the end of the next month. So you need to buy regularly & cross at least Rs. 2000 worth of purchases each month to be a member continuously & avail benefits.
      • NOTE: For the program & the associated rewards, computation of eligibility if for all purchases made from 1 st of the month to the end of the month. At the start of the new month, the calculations start afresh. Previous months purchases are not considered.
    3. What happens if I return merchandise?

      • The eligibility of bb+ is computed on the basis of value of the orders successfully delivered. Any returns or undelivered items will not be taken into account for calculation of member eligibility.
    4. Are any items are excluded from calculation of purchase value?

      • Yes. Only baby foods are excluded as government regulation strictly forbit them from being part of any promotions in order to promote breast feeding & natural foods.
    5. When will I receive my rewards for purchases?

      • Communication of successful enrollment into the program & release of rewards will happen within 2-7 working days from the delivery of order that makes you cross the eligibility mark. The same will be communicated to you via email, SMS & push notification in case you have the app. Mobile Number associated with your default address & your registered email id will be sent the intimation. On the site, your bb+ rewards page will show you full details of your status & rewards with their expiry date.
    6. What should I do if I didn't receive rewards for a recent purchase that makes me eligible?

    1. How will I receive my Rewards?

      • Your rewards will be displayed on the bb+ account page & could be one of the following kinds
        • Special additional promotions on specific products in our catalogue. These will get auto applied if the product is added to your basket in any subsequent purchases provided it is within expiry date
        • Partner discounts: Upon action from your side to pick the voucher of your choice, the specific promotion codes will be emailed to your registered email address within 7 working days.
        • Free products: These will come to you automatically with next purchase
    2. When can I start redeeming my Rewards?

      • You can start redeeming all your rewards the moment they are assigned to your account. The communication you receive from us will intimate you of the time these rewards get added to your account.
    3. How do I redeem my Rewards at bigbasket.com?

      • Special additional promotions on specific products in our catalogue will get auto applied if the product is added to your basket in any subsequent purchases provided it is within expiry date of the promotion.
      • Partner discounts: Upon action from your side to pick the voucher of your choice, the specific promotion codes will be emailed to your registered email address within 7 working days. Redemption mechanics & terms will be mentioned by our partners in the communication you receive.
      • Free products: These will come to you automatically with next purchase you make at bigbasket
    4. Can I give my Rewards to someone else?

      • No. These rewards are not transferrable & you will need to place subsequent orders from the same member id that has received the rewards to avail them.
    5. Do Rewards expire?

      • Yes. Rewards expire at the end of the subsequent month from the time you receive the rewards. For example, any rewards earned for purchases between 1 st - 31 st October will expire on 30 th November.
    6. Can I use more than one Reward on a single purchase?

      • Yes. You can use all eligible rewards in a single purchase if you meet the criteria to avail them.
    7. Will I be eligible for other discounts & promotions on bigbasket in addition to bb+ rewards?

      • Absolutely! Bb+ rewards are over & above all other offers running on the site.
    8. What happens when I order an item with bb+ promotion & it either does not get delivered or is damaged so I return it back?

      • We hope that never happens! But in the event it does, your promotion on that item will be reinstated & you can use it in your next purchase.

    My bb+ Account

    1. Can I track my rewards online?

      • Yes. There will be a bb+ section of the site & app & upon logging in, you will see details of your status, rewards & other details on the page.
    2. How do I update my account information/ modify my personal information?

      • You can modify your personal details like name & birthdate on Personal details section of my accounts on the site & app. Make sure you are logged in!
    3. Why can't everyone in my house with individual bigbasket login ids pool their month's purchases?

      • Currently, we do not provide provision for linked accounts in bigbasket. Hence all computation will be done only at an individual member level.
    4. Who can participate in the bb+ program?

      • Any bigbasket registered member can participate in the bb+ program. Please refer T&Cs for further details.
