"Also nick-named as medicinal mushroom, Oyster mushrooms are packed with health benefits like low in calories, cholesterol free, high in protein, fibre, iron, zinc, potassium, folic acids, Vitamins B1, B3, B5, B12, C & D. Also have cholesterol lowering, anti-oxidant & even anti-cancer properties. It’s torn up instead of sliced, especially in stir fry or saute, because they are consistently thin, and so will cook more evenly than uncut mushrooms of other types. Cook just for few minutes to get the best of taste and nutrition."

Step 1 :

Beat the egg lightly in a mixing bowl. Stir in the cold water, flour, cornstarch, baking powder, garlic paste, coriander leaves and salt to taste make a thin batter.

Step 2 :

Get the oil heating in a pan. Dip the oyster mushrooms into the batter (Make sure that it is well coated in all side).

Step 3 :

Gently dip the mushrooms in the oils and cook for a few minutes until golden brown. Drain on paper towel. Serve nice and hot with some soy sauce or sweet chilli for dipping.
