Wash mushrooms nicely and cut into dices, keep aside.

Put maida flour and corn flour in a bowl, add ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili powder and lemon juice. make coating consistency batter using water.

Put oil in a pan and keep it on medium heat. Dip the mushroom in corn flour batter and fry it in hot oil till crispy and golden. keep aside.
Step 4

Heat little oil in another pan, add mustard seeds and let it crackle then add chopped ginger, garlic and chili, saute it for a while then add diced onion, tomato and capsicum saute it for sometime.
Step 5
:
Add garam masala powder, black pepper powder, soy sauce and tomato ketchup with a little water.
Step 6
:
Add fried mushroom and saute it till dry. Adjust seasoniong and serve hot.
