Ingredients for Grilled Prawns with Fenugreek

Cooking Steps

Preparation

Step 1 :

Wash and dry the prawns and marinate in lemon juice for 30 mins.

Step 2 :

Heat the oil in the pan and saute the garlic.

Step 3 :

Add the prawn on a slow flame and fry till they are turning pink. Take care not to overcook the prawns.

Step 4 :

Add the fenugreek leaves and fry and finally the oyster sauce and the sweet chilli sauce.

Step 5 :

Add salt to taste and chilli flakes.

Step 6 :

Stir fry for a while more and remove from the fire.

Step 7 : Serve with

Serve hot with steamed rice or garlic noodles.

Step 8 : Suggestion

For vegetarians the prawns can be replaced with mushrooms and babycorn.
