Cooking Steps

Cake Flour Preparation

Step 1 :

Take 1.5 cups of maida, remove 3 tbsp of the maida and add 3 tbsp of cornflour.

Procedure

Step 1 :

Whisk butter and sugar till very fluffy.

Step 2 :

Make a mixture of eggs + milk + vanilla extract.

Step 3 :

Sieve the flour and baking powder, keep aside.

Step 4 :

Now fold in the egg mixture and flour mix into the butter mixture in 2 parts, that is add half the egg mixture first and then add the flour mixture, followed by egg mix and then flour mix.

Step 5 :

While adding the last part of the flour mix, chopped pineapple to the flour itself and then fold in the complete mixture.

Step 6 :

Pour this mixture into a greased loaf tin and bake for 50-55 minutes in a preheated oven at 165 degree Celsius. Cool it.

Step 7 :

Mix the chopped pineapples, prunes, peaches with the cake crumbles.

Step 8 :

Form little balls from the above mix. The fruits have enough moisture in them so as to wet the cake mix.

Step 9 :

Chill them in the fridge for 10 minutes, while melt the chocolate using a double boiler or a microwave.

Step 10 :

Line a tray with butter paper, dip the cake balls and put them onto the tray using a fork and spoon.

Step 11 :

Sprinkle some sprinkles on them and chill them in the fridge for 20-25 minutes and serve.
