Delicious patol curry to serve with rice and roti

Cooking Steps

Preparation

Step 1 :

Mix 100 gm of curd with besan and add some amount of water (keep the normal viscosity of mixture).

Step 2 :

Add pana methi, 1 pinch of asafoetida, 1/2 spoon of red chilly and turmeric powder, salt as per taste and mix it properly.

Step 3 :

Now take a flat plate and on its back side spread oil on it.

Step 4 :

Now add the mixture in a heated pan, stir continuously till this mixture become thick.

Step 5 :

And once this process done immediately spread this mixture on plate. Allow it for normal cooling for 5-8 minutes. Now give the shape on this plate as you like(Square, cube) Now your patol is ready.

Step 6 :

Now we have to prepare gravy for this mix remaining curd with kitchen king and all spices. And mix it properly. Now keep again a pan and add oil, add asafoetida 1 pinch, cumin seeds, and add spices mixture.

Step 7 :

Now add yours patol in it and mix it let it heated for 2 minutes.
