Preparation

Step 1 :

Cut the Mutton in 1" cubes

Step 2 :

Heat the oil in a pressure cooker, add whole spices (cinnamon, cardamom & cloves) let them sizzle.

Step 3 :

Add chopped onions and fry it till brown golden brown.

Step 4 :

And add ginger - garlic paste and cook for 2mins.

Step 5 :

Add chopped tomatoes, cook till tomatoes get cooked.

Step 6 :

Now, add salt coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder and Knorr Chef's Mutton masala. cook all for a minute.

Step 7 :

Add mutton and braise for 5 minutes.

Step 8 :

Add 200ml water, and pressure cook it for 20min till mutton is cooked through.

Step 9 :

Serve hot.

Step 10 :

Garnish with Ginger juliennes, mint leaves and fried curry leaves for added crunch & flavor.
