Preparation

Step 1 :

For jhaal muri take a lemon, sweet tamarind chutney, chopped cucumber, chat masala, roasted chana, fried pea nuts, besan sev, puffed rice, chopped onion, chopped coriander leaves and chopped tomato.

Step 2 :

Take a bowl and firstly add roasted chana, then sev, pea nuts ( if you like you can remove the skin of pea nuts before adding), chat masala, pinch of garam masala, red chilli powder and black salt as require according to your taste, freshly chopped onion, cucumber, tomato, coriander leaves, pinch of ginger, chopped green chilli and mix them well.

Step 3 :

After mixing well the entire ingredient add 1 tablespoon of mustard oil and then mix it. Now add the puffed rice, 2 tablespoon of sweet tamarind chutney, and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice.

Step 4 :

After mixing, transfer it to a serving bowl. Sprinkle some besan sev over it and spread some coriander leaves for garnishing.
